The UP Diliman Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) has partnered with the University Computer Center in hosting the STEP-UP Computer Systems Servicing for ICT Personnel, which aims to provide ICT personnel or administrative personnel with ICT functions with basic IT skills such as:
- Installing and configuring computer systems
- Basic network setup and troubleshooting
- Basic computer repair and troubleshooting
- Basic Linux administration and website hosting.
Aside from hosting the venue for the event, key Computer Center personnel were also tapped as resource persons for the event.
The event was held at the Computer Center on October 19, 24 and November 06, 2023 at the University Computer Center.
The event is part of HRDO’s series of skills enhancement and training programs for UPD Staff.
